"The name is based on two of my best friends," Blanshay explains. "Lola is colourful and into fashion whereas Emily, who's kind of based on Sally, is always looking for the perfect black turtleneck. The idea is that everyone knows a Lola and an Emily and that everyone has a bit of both in them." - MONTREAL MIRROR
