The name is derived from the word 'yubi' the Japanese word for fingers. The visual perfectly captures the essence of a brand which was inspired by trips to Rio, Tokyo and London. will be a new Japanese hand crafted seafood experience based in Soho,
London serving temaki rolls and fresh sushi, eaten by hand from a cone
