Designers Ling Liu and Dawei Sun  have done a excellent job with Cacharel Resort 2012 collection., (their first one for the French house) From the use of Cacharel's signature floral print to  the bright & (block) colors and the casual chic feel of the collection, we love it all.

Judge a book by its cover

Here is the 2010 edition of the 'bible' of street culture. To mark the 5th anniversary of 'All Gone', Michael Dupouy and his team at La MJC give us two nubuck covers:, one brown and  the other black.
The book  is out January 24 and remember there are only 1200 copies available world wide, so hurry up!

Flowers, stripes, plaids, solid colors, the designer continues with her minimalist style.

Judge a movie by its poster

Romain Gavras is known for his controversial music videos (Justice's 'Stress'& M.I.A. and for being his daddy's son. He recently presented his latest project 'Notre Jour viendra' {'Our day will come'} during the TIFF.
Gavras' first feature film 'Notre Jour viendra' is centered around Patrick played by Vincent Cassel and Remy, two enigmatic characters who embark on a hallucinatory journey to Ireland...
The movie also features an incredible soundtrack by Ed Bangers' Sebastian.

Luxurious postage

As part of the its 120th anniversary celebrations France's oldest fashion house, La Maison Lanvin teamed up with La Poste for these limited edition stamps. Lanvin's artistic director Alber Elbaz designed the two fabulous illustrations.

As part of their Spring/Summer 2010 collection La Maison Chanel has designed this set of three-coloured pumps, bags and other accessories. Look out for them next March.
